Ashley led my “Reimagine Your Life” retreat participants in a transcendent sound healing session. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, talked about the positive and inspiring shifts in their energy, mind, and body. Part of the retreat experience involves letting go of the things that block them from living their best lives.
